OUR TEAM
Sonal Choudhary is a licensed physical therapist in IL since 2011, with extensive expertise in musculoskeletal, pelvic health and vestibular rehabilitation. Committed to providing the highest quality of care for her patients, Sonal pursued additional certifications in the McKenzie method for musculoskeletal disorders and Vestibular rehabilitation from Emory University. She is a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. She is currently working towards certification in Pelvic Health. Originally from India, Sonal completed her Bachelors and Masters in Physiotherapy before relocating to the USA in 2009 to pursue her passion for physical therapy.
Sonal’s primary goal is to facilitate optimal rehabilitation outcomes for her patients, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. Outside of her professional endeavors, Sonal cherishes spending quality time with her family, especially her twins. She also enjoys exploring new destinations and indulging in her passion for Indian Classical Dancing.
