Sonal is committed to providing the highest quality of care to her patients. Her extensive qualifications include certifications in the McKenzie method for musculoskeletal disorders and vestibular rehabilitation from Emory University. Additionally, she is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and is currently working towards her certification in Pelvic Health.
Originally hailing from India, Sonal completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy before relocating to the United States in 2009. Her move was driven by a deep passion for physical therapy and a desire to further her expertise in the field.
Sonal’s primary goal as a physical therapist is to facilitate optimal rehabilitation outcomes for her patients.
She is dedicated to helping them regain their independence and enhance their quality of life through personalized and effective treatment plans. Her approach to care is patient-centered, ensuring that each individual receives the attention and tailored interventions they need to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Outside of her professional life, Sonal values spending quality time with her family, especially her twins. She enjoys exploring new destinations and has a strong passion for Indian Classical Dancing, which she actively pursues.
